About Me

Hi, I’m Courtney! I was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, and I’ve always been a lover of checklists and planning.

It’s not often I’m without a plan on paper or my phone, even for a weekend free of events. My experience in event planning began with my first job out of college — I was responsible for planning both local and regional events for a local marketing firm. From there, it grew into healthcare networking and educational opportunities.

What really solidified this idea to take the next step was planning my own wedding and realizing just how many logistics go into one single day (and even one single hour). While that causes stress for many, I loved every minute of it.

Taking an event from concept to memorable reality is something I truly enjoy doing for my clients — weddings, corporate events, and private parties alike. Because it’s so important to me to make each event unique, I really get to know my clients on a deeper level throughout the planning process, and many of them have since become good friends!

Nothing makes me happier than knowing I have planned and executed a memorable, meaningful, and fun event for every guest. That smile on my clients’ faces at the end of the night is priceless!

Outside of my busy event life, I’m a happy wife, and mom to a baby boy and fur baby! In my free time, I enjoy teaching and taking classes at Pure Barre Louisville, boating with my family, trying cheese boards at every restaurant in town, and pouring a nice glass of red wine while relaxing at home with my family.
