My wedding planning services work a little differently. Most wedding vendors limit their number of consultations or coordination days. Once you hire me, I’m your go-to wedding gal.

While I don’t book vendors on your behalf, I have a huge network of folks I can recommend to you — and then work with on your wedding day. I’m available for unlimited phone calls, coffee chats, emails, and even those late-night, I’m-freaking-out texts.

At the end of the day, my goal is to help you get married in the most stress-free way imaginable.

What my wedding coordination package includes:

• Unlimited consultations via telephone, email, and in-person to understand your vision

• Vendor recommendations upon request

• Site visits to ceremony and reception venues to determine layout

• Creation of a detailed full-day timeline for vendors and wedding party

• Contact with all vendors prior to your wedding day to share expectations and timing guidelines

• Execution of the wedding rehearsal and ceremony

• Set-up and break-down of reception venue décor

• Management and execution of your entire wedding day as chief point-of-contact for all vendors

• Full-day on-site presence
